Power source

Main motor is driven by frequency conversion motor and speed is adjustable. Traction motor is driven by servo motor and traction speed is settable to ensure stable and highly efficient traction.

Mechanical section (two section)

Traverse sealing section

1. Automatic bag conveying device: free adjustment for output quantity and alarm signal for sufficient quantity.

2. Cutting tool: equipped with front-and-back shifting and sloping adjustment function. 

3. Photoelectric device: micro-adjustment device of screw rod for tracking tiny parts and for para-position as well.

4. Punching device: the design of punching device and cutting device are located at the same mechanical structure to achieve hole punching in accordance with bag separation in terms of synchronous shifting. Punching device is equipped with punching tool of 5*2mm tear open notch for three-side sealing bag as well as punching tool of φ8mm respective one set.

5. Traverse sealing cutting tool base â‘  One group of water cooling â‘¡ heating cutting tool base : three groups in total for up and down.

Equipped with film scrap rewinder 1 set  

Tension section

1. Dual pendulum rods in vertical position will extend in parallel, changing continuous film feeding into intermittent film feeding, with coincidence unit for speed and horizontal orientation. Data plate will guide operating directions, making it more distinct for operation.

2. Bevelment device

Equipped with photoelectric micro-adjustment device, then bevelment device will divide films into two parts, with automatic-alarm function for deviation.

3. Unwinding device

Unwinding device adopts pneumatic core shaft. Pneumatic core shaft will output the roll materials, and then encoder is in charge of sampling and industrial template is in charge of calculation, afterwards, magnetic powder brake will carry out automatic sampling by releasing and tightening, with constant tension and well-proportioned feeding for frequency conversion. Floating tension roller will maintain horizontal condition. 

4. Pneumatic configuration

Pneumatic component of FangDa Brand, equipped with multiple groups of electromagnetic valves and pressure-relief valves, its proper installation makes it easier and more convenient for operation.

Traction section

1. Films are driven respectively by two groups of rubber rollers controlled by servo motor with function of pneumatic lifting type.

2. All machining parts has been strictly dealt with, from material selection to machining accuracy. All aluminium rollers are equipped with rib reinforcement and hardening treatment to ensure all rollers non-deforming.
