 In folk medicine, comfrey is used in the treatment of

   In case of bone fractures, dislocations,
sprains and ruptures of ligaments, they use lotions and compresses
from a decoction and infusion of fresh comfrey roots. There is a
faster healing of bone fractures, swelling disappears and pain
stops, and the inflammatory process stops.
  Comfrey well heals purulent wounds, so it is
especially recommended to take it for chronic suppuration due to
osteomyelitis.
 To strengthen the bones, children are bathed in a decoction
of comfrey roots and given a decoction. A decoction of the leaves
is used in the form of douching for fungal vaginitis. Powder and
root juice is considered a good styptic for nose and other external
bleeding. With sciatica, sciatica, rub with vodka tincture.
  A decoction of comfrey roots and leaves lowers blood
pressure, increases tone, improves appetite, and enhances the
contraction of the intestinal muscles. It is used for colitis,
diarrhea, and various internal bleeding.

diseases, coughs, and bronchial asthma.
