1)The vibration frequency of the polishing head is adjusted by frequency conversion; the pressure is adjusted by cylinder which could satisfy all required vibration frequency and pressure for different crafts.
2)The moving of polishing head adopts linear guide rail and gear rack drive structure, so that the advance and retreat error is kept about 0.*2 mm.
3)High precision spindle and bearing ensure the spindle smooth rotation with high precision, variable frequency stepless speed regulation in order to meet the speed needs for different processes.
3.Tailstock jacking and automatic locking, foot switch easy to operate.
