PTFE rods are manufactured through a process called extrusion. The process involves the use of a PTFE Teflon rod extruder. This piece of equipment carries out multiple functions like mold design, heating, and automatic feeding. It's operated via a PLC intelligent control system that ensures continuous extrusion and sintering, self-adjusting concentricity, and automatic feeding. The feeding equipment can be used for **8 hours without manual operation.
