Description

A pinch valve is a pneumatically operated shut-off device for application in the automation industry. The robust and simple design has fewer components, which ensures high operating reliability and long service life. The pinch valve has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. The compact design of the pinch valve can be used in many cases, even in the most difficult spaces to access. The highly elastic sleeve deforms under air-controlled pressure and forms a leap seal in the middle to stop the flow of the medium (fluid) as long as the control pressure is maintained. When the air control pressure is reduced, the sleeve of the valve opens with its own resilience. Pinch valves are the ideal solution for many applications. You can control any medium (fluid). It is hygienic, there is no empty space, and there is no fear of dirt getting pinched. There are also no obstacles to fluid flow. It is especially suitable for mixed media (fluids) of hard-to-flow materials such as solids, powders, silks, wastes, etc.
