DIP AND PAY PROCEDURE TANK TO TANK

The buyer issues ICPO with international passport copy (data page) to the seller along with company profile.
The seller issues commercial invoice (ci) for the available quantity in the sellers storage tank to the buyer.
The buyer reviews, signs and returns the ci to the seller with their signed tank storage agreement (TSA) for the sellers verification andapproval.
The seller issues following PPOP/POP to buyer for evaluation.
1. commitment to supply.
2. authorization to sell and collect (ATSC).
3. tank storage receipt (TSR).
4. authorization to verify (ATV) via phone or email
5. tank-to-tank injection agreement (TTIA) to be signed by End Seller sends, buyer and buyer tank farm. buyers tank farm send back TSR with hub and tag information if not stated on the TTTIA.

Upon verification of POPP by buyer and presentation of endorsed TTIA/ TSR by buyer. seller sends UDTA for all parties including tank farm to sign to enable buyer to conduct dip test to obtain fresh SGS (not older that *8hours). The buyer conducts dip test in the sellers reservoir/tanks at their expense and arranges the injection of the product into thebuyers tanks.
Within twenty-four (*4) hours after complete injection, seller issues injection report for the complete injected quantity to the buyer and buyer issues **0% wire transfer payment via mt**3 to the sellers nominated account.
The seller transfers the tittle ownership to the buyer and paycommissions to their intermediaries via NCNDA/IMFPA.
After trial lift is completed, and the next shipments is followed

according to the signed and sealed commercial invoice by both parties.
