We are pleased to announce the availability of allocations for Jet A1 Fuel sourced from Kazakhstan following procedure:

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE FOR FOB TANK TO TANK ROTTERDAM

Buyer issues the following :

NCNDA
Company Profile
CIS/KYC
ICPO containing the seller's procedure with banking details
Copy of company certificate & Buyers passport
TSA & ATV
BCL & ATV

Upon acceptance of the ICPO

Within 48 hours, the seller reserves the requested quantity and issues a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
The buyer must sign and return the SPA.

After receiving the signed SPA

The seller issues a commercial invoice within 48 hours to the buyer.
The buyer signs and returns the CI to the seller.

Product logistics and SGS Report.

The estimated delivery time to Rotterdam is 25-28 days. For trial shipments, a SBLC is not required.
The seller provides an SGS report within 7 days to assure the buyer that the product is on its way.

Seller Provides Documentation. Upon the product's arrival in Rotterdam, the seller provides the following documents:

Certificate of Origin
Injection Report
Product passport
Unconditional Dip Test Authorization
Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)

Buyer Books Dip Test

The buyer books SGS to conduct a dip test in the seller's storage tank (VOPAK) within 4 hours of receiving the documents from step 7.

Successful Dip Test and TSA

Immediately after a successful dip test, the buyer provides their Tank Storage Agreement (TSA).
With minimum of 3 days or enough number of days required to inject the quantity being purchased, operations team of seller will contact Tank Storage of buyer to confirm availability of storage to smoothen injection into buyers Tank Storage

8. TTTIA and Injection

Within one hour of the seller receiving the TSA, the buyer and seller sign a Tank-to-Tank Injection Agreement (TTTIA) and start immediate injection.

9. Payment and Title Transfer

After injection, the buyer provides a report to the seller and makes full payment via MT103

within 24 hours.

The seller transfers the product title with complete POP documents to the buyer.

10. Trial Shipment and Contract

After a successful trial shipment, the seller and buyer may form a 12-month contract for further trade. Please note that an SBLC will be required for the 12-month contract.
