 Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel mainly use for Construction, home
appliances, vehicles and vessels, container manufacturing,
machinery and electrical industry
The common steel types of hot galvanized sheet are: general
commercial roll (CQ), structural galvanized sheet (HSLA), stamped
galvanized sheet (DQ) deep drawing hot galvanized sheet (DDQ),
baked and hardened hot galvanized sheet (BH), double-phase steel
(DP), TRIP steel (phase change induced plastic steel), etc.
  Galvanized steel plate is divided into ordinary
electrolytic plate and fingerprint resistant electrolytic plate.
Fingerprint resistant plate is on the basis of ordinary
electrolytic plate added a fingerprint resistant treatment, can
resist sweat, generally used in the parts without any treatment,
the brand is SECC-N. Common electrolytic plate and phosphating
plate and passivation plate, phosphating is more commonly used, the
brand is SECC-P, commonly known as P material. The passivation
plate is oiled and not oiled.

Hot dip zinc steel plate (SGCC) has an advantage over
electrogalvanized steel plate (SECC), SECC bending and section is

Hot DIP ZINC STEEL PLATE (SGCC) : DIP PLATED, BRIGHT white, SMALL

Province China Steel and Shengyu Steel Corporation capable of
production in China. There is no Steel factory in mainland China

it is more expensive, so many manufacturers use SECC to save
costs.

thickness can show the quality of galvanized, the smaller the
thicker the better. Manufacturers can also add resistant
fingerprint processing. There is also the coating can be
distinguished by its coating, such as Z*2 indicates the sum of
double coating **0g/mm.

Aluminized zinc steel plate (SGLD) : It is a multiphase alloy
material containing rich aluminum and zinc. Because of the
characteristics of aluminum and zinc, it has better performance
than hot dip zinc steel (SGCC). Main characteristics: corrosion
resistance, its ability is much higher than SGCC; Heat resistance;
Heat conduction and heat reflection; Formability; Weldability.
Purpose: IN some areas where good reflection is required, such as
the reflection plate inside the oven, the reflection plate of the
electric cooker. Hot DIP ZINC SHEET (SGCC) IS FOR GENERAL USE,
alumINIZED ZINC SHEET (SGLD) IS FOR DEEP stamping, SGCE IS FOR
SUPER DEEP stamping.
