Basic Character
HLN ***1 is high temperature polymerized, full crosslinked arylontrile butadiene rubber which has high mooney viscosity and high ACN content. It uses special technology of agglomeration into powder which owns natural isolation agent. It shows good resistance to oil, heat, cold and solvent. It also has good toughness.

HLN***1 owns excellent adhensive ability. It can enhance the adhensive performance for friction material, improve the molding’s toghness and make the finish products very flexible . HLN***1 is a wonderful friction material modifer.

HLN ***1 is mainly used in friction materials of car, train, motorcycle and so on.
