The EZLift Configurable Load Handling System is for customers with low volume, low speed, special needs applications who are looking for an affordable, engineered solution. EZLift packages Isoloader's *0 years of experience in designing and manufacturing mini straddle carriers into a range of off-the-shelf configurations that can be quickly engineered to deliver proven results.
ÂSpecial requirements that are off-the-shelf - with a system of standardized options, the EZLift can be configured for a wide range of loads and operations, from containers through to industrial loads up to *0 tonnes, from clearing low height doorways through to tipping a container to *0 degrees. ÂAccessible and maneuverable - quiet enough to operate indoors, rugged enough to operate outside on compacted hardstand, with a footprint only a little larger than its load, the EZLift can maneuver through confined spaces. Loads can be picked up lengthwise and moved down corridors too narrow for a forklift.
ÂEasy to operate - with a choice of manual, pendant or radio controls, the operator has the freedom to either ride on the machine or to move around the machine for greater visibility, inspection and control.

ÂBeing a straddle carrier, the EZLift has many advantages over forklifts for handling containers and industrial loads in warehouses and factories - straddling the load is the key to the EZLift’s success. It distributes the weight, keeping the wheel loadings low and your pavement costs down (*0t per wheel for a *2t load) - the weight of the machine to the weight of the load is four times better than a forklift. It is inherently stable and unlike a forklift is virtually impossible to tip over. It is structurally and mechanically efficient, keeping reliability up and your operating and maintenance costs down. And it provides a flexibility in how to attach to, maneuvre and manipulate the load that is simply not possible with forklifts.
