We are delighted to offer our coal products to serious credible
buyers who can handle a mininum quantity of *5,**0mt up to
**0,**0mt. However we look to start every relationship with new
buyers with our minimum requirement of *5,**0mt, we can scale up
the quantities after a successful trial shipment.
Ashmore Resources offers different types and grades of coal - which
include Coking coal, Steam coal and Met Coal. And our grades vary
from lower calorific value coal up to as high as 7,**0Kcal/kg plus
(+).
Our supplies from the USA can be sold on a CIF or FOB basis,
depending on the clients/buyers' preference, while from Indonesia
we offer CnF or FOB.
Procedures
1.   Buyer sends LOI/ICPO -ÂÂ
addressed to seller mandate (Details to be advised). To include his
Bank's BCL confirming that buyer is financially capable to perform
the payment instrument he has chosen in his LOI as well as the
Bank’s RWA that the payment instrument will be issued within 5
days of a successful site visit if so required.
2.   Seller - after due diligence on buyer -
sends draft contract
3.   Buyer negotiates/marks changes in draft
contract and sends it back to seller (signed, sealed, initialled)
together with his Bank’s RWA to issue payment instrument within 5
days AFTER successful POP (site visit)
4.   Seller couriers 6 hard copies of the
contract to buyer (initialled, signed and sealed) – and issues
POP – invitation to site visit
5.   buyer returns 3 of these hardcopies
(initialled, signed and sealed) back to seller and visits site in
Indonesia
6.   Buyer's Bank sends payment instrument
within 5 working days of successful site visit as per Pt. 5.
7.   Seller sends PB (annual contracts only)
8.   Deliveries start as per contract (first
shipment/trial shipment max *0 days after receipt of payment
instrument)
