Chrome vacuum coating line is also popularly called Plastic vacuum
metalization painting line. It relies on vacuum coating machine and
uv painting line to work together. The plastic products need to be
sprayed for base coat first then go to vacuum machine to get
metalized surface treatment. Once done, we need to spray a top coat
for protection purpose. After painted, the product will get bright
chrome color effect just like plating treatment. For high quality
production, UV coating is suggested since it provides guaranteed
protection and good feel on surface.

Workflow: Loading -> electrostatic de-dust -> base coat spray
-> flash off -> Vacuum coating -> uv spray -> IR ->
UV curing -> unloading.

Normally the product is plastic material such as PP, PVC and ABS.
You can actually spray any required color while chrome is generally
more easier.​
