Cassava flour or fufu also known as akpu is an African food,
Nigerian food precisely.
Fufu is made fromcassava flakes dried and powdered. It packed in a
sachet or parcel at 1kg each
preparation: 1kg of fufu can serve four people with a good prepared
soup.
Two litters of water is boiled to a boiling point and add 1kg
sachet of fufu in to the hot water and turn tighly to a paste. The
