The auto knitting hose production line is developed by our company
on the base of absorption and study of the advanced technology in
the world and over *5 years' production experience of auto hose
.The whole production line is consist of cold feeding rubber
extruder, auto hose knitting loom, adhesive sprayer , hose conveyor
,hose cutter and automatic control system etc. The production line
can produce auto radiation hose, low or medium pressure fuel hoses,
hoses for electronic fuel injection system and air hose etc. The
hose ID range is from 6 mm to *5 mm. Now our production line and
equipments have been used by users in China and other countries
such as Egypt, Russian, Brazil and Thailand etc.Â
The intelligence control automatic production line of auto knitting
hose is our latest production line product based on our former
experience production line, auto hose production experience and
advanced new control technology of other countries such as Germany,
British and Spain etc. High-tech detecting technology, intelligence
control system and computer expert system are used in the
production line to realize the automatic intelligence control and
unattended production, thus to guarantee the quality of hose
,increase the ratio of production and decrease the cost of workers.
The production line has been used for over one year and all the
specification of control and production meet the requirement of
design of production line. The technology of production line has
met or exceeded the advanced technology level in the world.
The intelligence control automatic production line of auto knitting
hose is consist of auto knitting hose production line, infrared and
laser detecting system, PLC intelligence control system and
computer expert system etc. The diameter of hose and hose thickness
can be adjusted automatically during production. The computer
expert system can keep the hose production under optimized
parameter of process to guarantee the stability of hose quality and
decrease the influence of workers，The production line can be
switch between automatic pattern and manual pattern for the
convenience of maintain and debug of production line and hose
production. The automatic rubber feeding system can also be
equipped in the production line to realize the unattended
production line.
