Specifications

As a contractor of power plant, we could build the power plant on EPC basis. The details of the boiler is as follows.

1.Capacity :1t/h***0t/h, or as per customers’requirements;
3.Usage:use for industrial steam and power plant.
1 Boiler most suitable biomass fuel combustion reciprocating grate combustion equipment.
2 Boilers in the structural design, larger space compared to conventional boiler furnace, and arranged a very reasonable secondary air is conducive to the instant when the combustion of biomass fuels precipitation of a large number of volatile combustion.
3 Control system uses high-brightness, full Chinese display, brand-name PLC control system for the central control unit; to human-computer dialogue with the boiler users to exchange information, to achieve fully automatic biomass pellet boiler safe and reliable operation.
4 Boilers can be equipped with fuel (gas) ignition burner, implement automatic ignition.
5 Boiler feeding, combustion, slag, water supply, ignition can be controlled automatically, the operation is very convenient.
6 Boiler is equipped with automatic cleaning devices, the timely removal of the boiler heating surface fouling, to ensure efficient and stable operation of the boiler.
7 Rear of the boiler furnished with economizer can also be arranged according to user needs the air preheater. Compared with the traditional boilers, more efficient boilers, exhaust gas temperature is low.
8 High-efficiency thermal insulation materials, boilers, low surface temperature, heat loss is negligible.
9 In strict accordance with Chinese national norms and standards of production, all boiler pressure parts are of high quality steel. IBR, ASME or other standardized products are also available.
*0 Each boiler must undergo a rigorous factory inspection and testing, including hydrostatic testing and X-ray detection.
