The
product is an ideal film coating machine in current
pharmaceutical industry at home. It can be applied in many
fields like pharmacy, food, biological products, etc.. The

1. PLC and temperature module
controlling system with the touch screen produced by Siemens
Germany are applied to provide picture displaying,
convenient operation, energy-efficiency, cleanliness and

2. Components, which drugs are exposed to, such as high
efficiency film coating mainframe, high efficiency hot air
filter, dust removal fan and spray device, are all made of
imported stainless steel of good quality.
3. The procedures are all controlled by PLC touch screen,
automatically or manually.
4. Coating is processed in totally closed environment to
prevent dust and slurry from spilling. The surface of box is
polished and its light pollution is eliminated.
5. The driver system applies explosion-proof
decelerating motor and chain-wheel transmission device,
which can make frequency conversion continuously
variable.
6. High efficiency hot air filter can directly capture air
from outside, heat the air after primary, intermediated and
high efficiency filter, and then provide the air for the
mainframe. The air can meet the standard of **0,**0 class
cleanliness. Dust removal fan can exhaust air to the outside to
avoid the influence on central air-conditioning and to save
energy.
7. Spray gun is the WA***1 spray gun imported from Japan
of good atomization, non-clogging nozzle, adjustable spray
volume and angle, and simple structure which is convenient to
clean.
Currently, the machine has relatively large
market and good prospect at home. It has been applied by lots
of factories for many times and passed the inspection of GMP
successfully.

During coating, the machine ensures no flying
dust or splashing liquid. In this case, it can
improve working environment and avoid cross contamination.
Besides, the machine can coat tablets through simple techniques
so that coating time is drastically shortened and efficiency is
much higher. It adopts new micro-computer temperature and
negative pressure control system, touch screen for displaying
and control and is programmable. These devices can work
together to automatically adjust flow, negative pressure, air
, air exhaust, temperature, rotating speed and some other
technical parameters. They also make SOP edition digital so
that the machine can produce in batches in the same technical
parameters. Therefore, there is nearly no difference between
products of different batches. The machine also
additionally functions to store and print data. Its tens of
program for automatic coating can be modified at any time
during operation. In addition, printing device can be

1)Automatic online cleaning system
(optional): high-pressure spraying guns are installed at both
internal and external coating pot and cleaning sprayers at
air exhaust port and hot air port. They can rotate in **0°
for no dead corners, more conveniently and simpler
cleaning.

2)High-end spraying gun conforms to GMP and
coating techniques strictly. Its a special spraying gun made
of stainless steel. It can be used simply, dismantled without

2.Filtering hot air

Air is
inhaled by centrifugal fan and achieves **0,**0 class
cleanness by primary, medium and high filtering. Then heat
exchanger (steam or electricity) will blow the air into
machine roller. Besides, a vibration absorbing device is
equipped for this process. And a primary air filtering device
is installed at the air inhale
port.

3.Dust
removing and air exhausting
cabinet.

The
cabinet works mainly to exhaust air in machine roller and
collect dust to keep working zone in negative pressure and
dust-free. It is also equipped with a vibration-absorption
device. A backflow preventive device is installed at the air
exhaust port. It can close the port before machine shutdown
and prevent waste air in pipeline from flowing back. The
cabinet also can be set and timed to automatic remove dust by
vibration.

4.Insulation mixing
barrel

Insulation mixing barrel is heated
electrically. Its pneumatic mixing device is powered by
compressed air for stable rotation, stepless speed control
and uniform mixing. The temperature can be kept within room
temperature to *0°C. It features convenient, safe and
reliable operation. In addition, it is made of stainless
steel and mirror-polished on its internal and external
surfaces.

5.Basic working
principle
Â
Uncoated tablets move complexly in a clean
and closed rotary roller. They overturn fluently and change
position frequently. The coating medium is mixed in
insulation mixing barrel and sprayed to uncoated tablets by
spraying gun through peristaltic pump. Simultaneously,
negative pressure forces **0,**0 clean hot air to blow over
uncoated tablets and be exhausted through the bottom screen.
Thus coating medium can dry and form steady, dense and smooth
film on tablet surface quickly. The whole process is
controlled by PLC and finished
automatically.
