Beta-dextranase

One.Prodcut presentation

Beta-dextranase is made by liquid fermentation deeply adopting Bacillus Licheniformis bacterial strain.This product is used specially in Beta-dextranase’s 1,3 and 1,4 indican key,and generates **5 oligose and glucose.This enzyme mainly used in beer brewing,maltose,feed,etc.

Three.Enzyem activity define

In the condition of *7 centi grade,PH5.5,one activity unit is defined as the needed enzyme amout which it decomposes Beta-hyskon which the concentration is 4mg/ml for 1 micromole reducing sugar every minute.

In beer production,You should add it when the malt start to sugar and the suitable quantity is 0.**0.5‰.It can improve obviously the filtering rate.

In the feed,You can add it as per the production way.The general decommended amount is 0.***0.2‰.It will be good for the animal growth.
