1. We will quote you based on actual describtion of your goods.

2.After you accept our price ,we would contact with your supplier confirm when the goods can be ready.And send us a booking .

3.Your supplier send the goods to Railway station and Docs to our office .

4.We start to do the custom clearance in China ,about **2 working days ,it would be release ,then the next day can shipping out by railway !

5.The customer finish the payment before the wagon arrived at Alashankou .

6.We got the payment bafore Alashankou ,then send the goods to Dostyk and start to reloading the wagon.

7.The consignee got the goods at the destination! Arrange the custom clearance and pick up .The shipment is finished .

8.We will offer the tracking informs during the shipping .

9.we wouls recorect the docs with client serval times ,to ensure everything is correct .
