As fixed feeding machinery, plate feeder is auxiliary equipment for crushing process used to feed materials continuously and uniformly to primary breaker through feed bin. It can also be used for short-range material delivery, particularly useful for conveyance of materials of large specific gravity, big grain size and strong abradability. The equipment can operate reliably under extreme conditions such as open environment and damp environment etc. Having been widely used in industries of metallurgy, mine, cement and building material etc. the plate feeder can be either horizontally mounted or be installed in an inclined manner with a maximum inclination angle of *5°.

The Drive unit adopts the structure of overall suspension and single-point floating that could reduce mounting error and prolong the service life of the transmission system.

According to requirements of different users, there are different choices for the drive unit including planetary orthogonal reducer unit, Flender orthogonal reducer unit and cycloidal planetary gear unit. The driving chain of scraping belt device adopts caterpillar chain (or self-fabricated chain) which has two connecting modes, singe circle and double arc. It has the advantages of strong impact resistance, wear resistance and no leakage. The overall equipment adopts keyless joint that contributes to compact structure, convenient mounting and dismounting and outstanding chain synchronization.   Â
