La description

Main feature:

1. Pressure-bearing cabinet:
adopt superior thick stainless steel featured by corrosion resistance as cabinet body, which has large pressure bearing design capability. To obtain vacuum requirement to the lowest limit, and avoid dead angle that can’t perform air bleed, the cabinet is in cylinder shape, the inner wall with polishing treatment to reduce the air exhaustion from metal in high vacuum condition.

2. Adopt three-level vacuum pumps:
all imported from German LEYBOLD; the three pumps will automatically start based on the pressure in cabinet.

Adopt different vacuum gauge to test different condition to realize accurate measurement.

4. A variety of protection facilities.

5. Adopt waterproof LCD touch screen, industrial humancomputer interface and high performance PLC. The fully automatic intelligent system control effectively solves the difficult issue of training of operating personnel. In case the equipment breaks down, the LCD interface will have corresponding failure warnings, easy for maintenance.

6.Double-door seal structure with adjustable locking mechanism.

Technical advantages:

1.Intellectualized function:

The central controller of test chamber can intelligently recognize the conditions of test samples inside (e.g. heat capacity, heating, etc.) and environmental conditions, and automatically control heating on-and-off, humidification, and cooling output.
2. Energy Efficient:

We use static equilibrium technology, that is "no heating in process of refrigeration and no refrigeration in process of heating", that is only a small amount of refrigeration output can maintain the balance between refrigeration and cold loss in the test chamber, and temperature stability can be maintained well without the need of heating, so that the equipment is always running at a relatively low-power state.
3. Environmental friendly As the company adopts the new technology of refrigeration energy regulation, temperature balance can be maintained without the need of heating so as to reduce heat effect of the compressor and condenser during the constant low-temperature test.
