1.HT( HENGTAO) BRAND TUBE TYPE AIR PREHEATERÂAs the structure , classified as vertical and horizontal .
As the material, classified as enamel and non–enamel , the enamel tube is classified as inside enamel coating and outside enamel coating .
As the tube shape , classified as oval tube ,spiral groove tube , round tube .
As the arrangement , classified as in line and staggered .
As the sealing , classified as heat–durable filling sealing and welding filling .  Â

 The air preheater exists the problem of collection of ash , worn down , low temperature corrosion to effect the safe and economical operation for the boiler unit . At the moment , the investment of air preheater is 6%*8% of the whole boiler investment in the industrial boiler and power station boil , due to the problem of collection of ash, worn down, low temperature corrosion to incur the direct loss of replacing equipment and shuting down is **5% of the operation cost and the loss will be more large when the boiler is shut down incurred by this problem .
 Aim at the above questions , we established the exclusive enamel research and development center to supply the complete solution and organize the scientific research personnel to tackle key problems and proceed the large quantities of simulated test and operation test to develop the new heat transfer parts **-enamel tubes and received 5 patents .The enamel steel tube is manufactured  with the enamel which is our own developed with the scientific formula and is evenly coated on the surface of the steel tube by the auto enamel tube production line . To use enamel tube as the heat exchange parts will be anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion , the surface is smooth and low cost of maintenance . To adapt the different boiler burning type , different fuel and different fume ingredient , we developed the below enamel tube air preheaters to fit the different medium  :        Â

***-The circulating fluidized bed boiler and coal powder boiler used enamel steel tubes ( our patent #1 enamel : HTB**1 ) , seam or seamless steel tube with green colour . Â
****-The rubbish burning furnace ,biomass boiler used enamel steel tubes ( our patent #2 enamel : HTB**1 ) , seam or seamless steel tube with blue colour .Â
****-The chain grate and layer burning boiler used enamel steel tubes ( our patent #3 enamel : HTB**3) , seam or seamless steel tube with  brown colour .
****-The oil burning boiler , coking boiler and gas boiler used enamel steel tubes ( our patent #4 enamel : HTB**4), seam or seamless steel tube with dark green .

B . HT Brand Rotary Air Preheater Â
  The rotary air preheater is a heat exchanger commonly adopted at the end of fume for the large -sized boiler in the power station , compared with the tube air preheater , it has the priority of compact structure, small volume , dense heat exchanging area , light weight assembly and less metal used to fit to be used in the large sized boiler . The heat transfer parts of the rotary air preheater is composed of the corrugated sheet made by the heat reserving parts .

   As the heat exchange parts, the corrugated sheet is easily corroded , ash blocked and abraded by low temperature , especially at the cold end of the rotary air preheater , it is more serious problem . Our company developed the new heat transfer parts **-the enamel corrugated sheet , it has the priority of dural abrasion , durable corrosion, not easy to collect the ash and less fume resistance and manufactured by the specialized and advanced enamel corrugated sheet production line .  Â
