Acid Hydrolyzed Casein is a white or light yellow powder,It is
produced with qualified casein as raw material and deeply treated
by strong acid in line of decolorized, desalted, concentrated and
spray dried. The powder easily damp and soluble in water and have
Maotai-flavor taste. It can be digested to primarily free amino
acids. Amino acids are the basis of synthesis protein , as one of
the essential nutrients for human beings, animanl and plant and
microorganism. Human being and microorganism may obtain the amino
acid indirectly supplied by protein, but It needs to be digested by
the gastric juice and the enzyme. When protein becomes the amino
acid component by the hydrochloric acid hydrolysis, the medicinal
grade amino acids could directly supply people as energy
supplement, and the reagent grade amino acids can be used as the
culture medium of microorganism. Except the nutrients protein the
product has no other nutrients nor growth factors, and it can be
used in preparing culture medium for microbiology and genetic.
