machine
Sand Making Machine (namely PCL vertical shaft impact crusher) is
of high-power and low-consumption, which is designed depending on
several years’ hard work and study of mechanical mining
equipment. Now sand making machine has reached the international

Sand-making machine contains this seven parts: the hopper,
sub-feeders, eddy crushing chamber, impeller body, spindle
assembly, chassis, transmission and motor.
PCL vertical impact crusher working principle
Material from the machine falls within the upper part of a vertical
high-speed rotating impeller speed under the influence of
centrifugal force, and the other part of the umbrella in the form
of diversion of materials around the impeller produces high-speed
impact with the ground, the material impact on each other, and the
impeller will between multiple chassis to form a vortex material
impact each other, friction and grinding, through discharge from
the bottom, forming a closed loop several times, screening
equipment controlled by the particle size required to achieve the
finished product.
