Cut, slit, score or perforate in one pass-the Zip-A3 provides the personlized and innovative digital print product, such as business cards, invitation cards, greeting cards, and tickets a versatile digital finishing solution. 

To ensure that each job would be completed smoothly and efficiently, the Zip-A3 Card Cutter is equipped with double sheet detector and automatic feeder. Furthermore, the Zip-A3 offers both registration of mark and registration of sheet edge in order to ensure the accuracy of trimming.

The Zip-A3 has *9 built-in  job memories for the users. This not only shortens significantly the setting time of common jobs but also ensures that any repeat job can be simply and quickly re-established.

The Zip-A3 cross cuts the sheet with a guillotine cutter and then uses an adjustable blade cassette to slit and/or score the sheet immediately. This combination of the two cutting systems allows common products (like *1 or *4 up business cards) to be accurately processed in a single pass.

The cut points are entered on a keypad which allows a scissor cut or a variable size gutter to be removed between individual cards if required. A fixed 6mm strip is removed by the slitting wheels. The card width is quickly and easily adjusted by moving the slitting wheels mechanically or extra cassettes can be purchased to set up regular jobs.
