ZINC PHOSPHATE Zinc Phosphate is a white powder for use as pigment in paint formulation in combination with suitable binders.
Zinc Phosphate acts as a very effective anti-corrosive ingredient in paint formulation offering a barrier effect
over steel surface.
In anti-corrosive pigment, Zinc Phosphate effectively replaces hazardous red lead and zinc chromate, the use
of which is restricted, forced by health and safety legislations and environmental concerns.
Zinc Phosphate is in its purest form when used as a pigment. Absence of any impurity and contamination
ensures its effectiveness as anti-corrosive agent.
It is manufactured from purest ingredients for desired performance.
Zinc Phosphate as pigment stands all the accelerated tests like salt spray, humidity etc. for evaluation of its
anti-corrosive properties and performance.
Zinc Phosphate based primers give satisfactory performance on mild steel surface in aggressive coastal and
humid environment.
Zinc Phosphate combined with suitable binder, is compatible with a wide range of top coat, e.g. synthetic
enamels, bituminous paints, Aluminium paints as well as chlorinated rubber paints.
