Product Description
This machine is provided with multi-function. It could fill many   kinds of jacquard wave, revolving garland ice cream with single and double colors.  

It has the functions of automatic cup falling, cone and cup cover adding, cover pressing and the paper cover heat-sealing etc. Cups can be in circle and square and other irregular shape.

All in all, it is easy to use, stable working, less occupied area and perfect for ice-cream manufactory.

This machine adopts touching screen, PLC controller, and can set and store the producing procedure in advance.   And it is the current advanced ice-cream filling equipment in China.

 

Working procedure:

Falling cups →Primary filling→Secondary filling (rotating)→

Drop chocolate/Jam →Nuts spread→Lid drop (PressSealing paper lid for cone; Heat-sealing paper lid for cup)→Push out finished product.
