1.Main Use:
It is used to grinder straight edges on flat glass of different size and thickness.The rough grinding,precise grinding ,polishing and arris making can be finished at one time.

2.Features and function:
Horizontal Glass Edging Machine is precision linear edge grinding equipment. It is a kind of very efficient processing equipment. Its base, supports and other key support are made of cast iron. Casting body makes it a sturdy machine. The appearance, sleek design, stylish look and non deforming structure ensure a long life and long duration the machine can be used with consistent accuracy. Transmission gear shift part uses single whirlpool and double whirlpool shift, exchange frequency conversion, in order to obtain consecutive speed. Speed is adjustable in a wide range in order to meet the different processing needs of different manufactures. Transporting belt with red plastic and PU material at the surface is imported from Italy. This ensures that the slip power and the friction are very moderate thus resolving the problem of transportation and movement of thin frangible glass. Grinding system using high-speed, three phase electrical motors, along with latest state-of-engineering excellence grinding wheels are used. This is particularly advantageous to small handicrafts glass manufacturers. Control parts and working parts are easy to operate. The user friendly design is to the advantage of operator. The machine uses simple, grinding precision continuous stability principal in working. The entire process can be transparent observation hole over control, too. It is the best choice for the glass deep process of working is transparent and can be observed through the sight glass.
