All St Helenian fishermen catch their tuna using pole and line
techniques only, which is in FAO area *7 in the South Atlantic.
Once the tuna is caught, it is placed onto ice until offloaded and
purchased by the St Helena Fisheries Corporation.
The product is then blast frozen at **0 degrees Celsius and placed
into Cold Store set at **0 degrees until ready to be exported.
