Firstly, a *0% T/T advance payment is required against other
official signed pro forma invoices and contract documents:
The buyer provides his/her ICPO or LOI signed by him/her as well as
all of his/her contracts or contracts of his/her
representatives.Â
The seller responds with his/her FCO, and the buyer then needs to
sign and send it back to the seller after properly sealing the
signed document.
The seller prepares sales as well as purchase draft contracts and
sends them to the buyer swiftly.Â
After confirming, the buyer returns the sales and purchase
contract, duly signed as well as sealed within 3 working days via
Email and FAX.
After receiving the signed document, the seller issues a pro forma
invoice to the buyer.
Within a period of 3 international banking days after receiving the
pro forma invoice, the bank with which the buyer is affiliated will
state their readiness to transfer the required *0% T/T advance
deposit payment as per the contract to the seller's mentioned bank
account. Â
The seller's bank then swiftly confirms the prepayment within 3
international banking days and the seller initiates the packing
process and transports the goods to the port of loading.Â
Then, the *0% T/T balance payment is needed against standard B/L
Copy as well as certified shipping documents:Â
.Commercial invoice for the exact value of delivered items
.A nonradioactivity certificate is timely issued by the concerned
authorityÂ
.Insurance company issues insurance certificateÂ
.Inspection company (SGS) issues a certificate of quality as well
as weight
.The full set bill(s) of landing is marked with clean on
boardÂ
