Description:
The manual xyz stage uses crossed roller guide
which ensures the high precision and smooth of motion. The main
material of the manual xyz translation stage is aluminum alloy, so
the weight of manual xyz stage is very light and the stage can be
easily built in other equipment.
Our xyz translation stages use high quality
micrometer head with 0.5mm pitch. It provides 0.*1mm resolution. We
have three drive positions for customer choice (left head, right
head and center).
For rotational movement, this xyz stage is
compatible with MAR**0L and MAR**0L-P Rotation Stages. It can be
assembled to xyzθ stage with the rotation stage.
This stage is stacked by xy translation stage
MAXY**0L**3S and z stage MAZ*****0.
