Scope of Application
Be used in production process in which many components of
different states, such as powderyã€pelletã€liquid etc, need
measureable feeding or metering according to different ratios and
online mixing.
System Principle
The WPB high precision Powder Feeding/Dosing Machine is a dynamic
material-feeding system and adopts the weight-loss principle. On
the premise of keeping the components precision, the system can
automatically adjust the feeding quantity of each component
according to the actual extruding output of the extruder, which
helps to provide a larger material application scope. Besides,
the meter weight metering control function can be chosen and
configured to keep constant product weight of per meter.
Function Features
Unique design. Besides metering mixture of solid materials, the
blender is also applied to metering mixture of powdery materials,
and a larger proporationing range of materials is achieved by the
adoption of screw feeding.
Material contacting parts are made of stainless steel.
Anti-bridge structure applies to the powder metering of easy
bridging material.
Unique anti-bridge structure. Each component material is
controlled by a servo or inverter control system, providing
higher response speed and precision.
Higher Mixing Precision. Two mixing modes are provided.
Operating Friendly. The operating interface of
touch screen and dynamic flow ratio model make the operation more
direct-viewing and convenient.
Materials automatically feeding.
Real time changing of formula and throughput.
The function of meter weight control on production line and
extrusion output is available for your choice.

Low maintenance cost.
