The payment for the Chips detailed
hereinafter shall be secured and provided by Buyer through an
Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, Confirmed Documentary Letter
of Credit (ITRCDLC) issued in favor of Seller valid for 2 vessel
quantity delivery of Chips for an amount in US dollars ($6,**0,**0)
sufficient to cover **0% (one hundred percent) of quantity
delivery. Each delivery will be payable as follow. **0%
within three (3) days from the date of submission of final shipping
documents from Seller to Buyer at sight.

shippers order
