Product Description
TB**0S is the widened double-sided pasting machine ,which characterizes Auto-complete grid supplying, lead paste coating, platen, acid leaching etc. With the same featuring of imported equipment, reasonable structure, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and high productivity. neat surface of Pasting board, the weight error of accurate control, and ensure the consistency and stability of coated plates, is an ideal equipment of battery production process.

Device characteristics

Integrated lubricating system is engineered for more convenient lubrication for all the bearings together, which could achieve longer life length and better maintenance;
Grid feeder, pasting main machine ,acid and water pouring device are engineered together to achieve more compact structure ,better inflexibility and easy adjustment. The distance between acid pouring roll and the machine end is long enough for decreasing the corrosion of grid feeder on flash drying machine. Acid and water pouring device is wholly made of stainless steel to get rid of corrosion and increase the life length, as well as protect the grids from iron ion.
Grid feeder applies individual stepless speed changing to achieve wider application and more matchable speed. Vacuum pump generates negative pressure to feed grids so that the grids wont deform.
Special device is engineered to achieve micro adjustment and control.
High alloy roller scraper is after special heat treatment to achieve higher hardness and better abrasion. The pasted flash is neat, weight error is accurately controlled to ensure better consistency and stability.

Imported pasting belt ensure evenly pasting and steadily transferring. Pasting belt tension, water squeezing, and hopper shoe reversing. All the parts touching with acid such as roll, bearing are made of acid resisting-stainless steel.
