The temperature relay control module (HRM**0)using of industrial
micro-controller as the main control unit .The controller preset
three kinds of functions , customize and add other special
functions according to the needs of uses.The module using of
authentic quality power relay module, high-power and high-voltage
triode,multiplex signal lights ,double sided PCBBoard,stable
performance and comprehensive plate,can be widely used in a variety
of temperature control occasions.
Function Features
1.Upgrade to version 2.1 and provide 3 functions for user to
choose.
2. Standard 0.5 meters waterproof type temperature sensor ,in
addition there are different types of temperature sensors and
different lengths can be selected .
3. Measurement resolution upgrade to 0.1 , measurement range from
**0Â to **5
4 .The users can set independently and add automatic power saving
function .
5 .All settings can be automatically saved and the content is not
lost when power is off.
~I. Module Function
The uses can select one of the following three kinds of functions
according the keys and display ,can set and save the parameters of
the three kinds of function ,also can view the current function
parameters ,that can be taken from the seller .
[Function 1]
Temperature measurement:If you select this function, the module not
action ,but the digital tube can display the current
temperature.
[Function 2]
Heating control:When the temperature is lower than the preset
temperature lower at T1 and T2,relay will suck ;when the
temperature is higher than the preset temperature higher at T1 and
T2,relay will be off.
[Function 3]
Refrigeration control:When the temperature is higher than the
preset temperature higher at T1 and T2,relay will suck ;when the
temperature is lower than the preset temperature lower at T1 and
T2,relay will be off .
Kindly reminder: Controller will judge preset temperature T1 and T2
,which one is the start of the temperature or the end of the
temperature automatically according to the features . When user set
the controller , no need to consider the question which one is
first or last and high or low.Â

Restriction
(1)Relay life is loaded with action **0,**0 times ,therefore more
suitable for use in low frequency and high current pull control of
the situation ,is not suitable for repeated use in the fast-action
situations,  Â
(2).Note consider relay port lode margin ,purely resistive load
more than doubled to left margin ,ordinary inductive or capacitive
loads must be least three times more margin .
Module Interface
Module Voltage/Signal Input::There are four interfaces ,all
interfaces have terminal ,user easily to use.
1.DC+:DC power positive
2.DC-:DC power negative
3&4.NTC:The jack of temperature sensorÂ
Module Output:There are three interfaces ,all interfaces have
terminal
1.NO :Normally open interface ,the rely becomes vacant before
,after pull-in short with the COM
2.COM:Common interfaceÂ
3.NC :Normally closed interface ,short with COM become vacant after
pull-in .
