White Guava Puree is extracted from manually harvested ripened, sound, cleaned
and ripened round or pear-shaped Guavas. Inside the rind of this fruit, there is soft,
pulpy flesh that is interspersed with many very tiny, hard seeds. The puree
preparation process at includes effective, hygienic mechanised processes of
sorting, selection, washing, chopping, cooking, refining, sterilisation and packing.
Strict quality control standards and checking in each of the processing stages
including the pre-dispatch and storage are followed.
 Guava puree is used mainly for conversion into juices, nectars, drinks, jams, jellies,
