Brief information

*- A special wet rubbing fastness improving agent for direct, reactive and sulfur dyestuffs whose wet rubbing fastness is low for deep shades, especially dark black, bright red and turquoise blue whose wet rubbing fastness is below Grade 3, while fabric wet rubbing fastness exported to Europe and US must be above Grade 3.

*- Appearance:                            light yellow to yellow liquid

*- Ionicity:                          weakly cationic

*- pH:                                 4.5 ± 1

*- Solubility:                        easily soluble in normal water in any proportion at room temperature

*- Does not destroy fabric fastness, neither shades nor hand feels.

*- Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can meet above Grade 3 by improving *- 2 grades for cellulose fibres with reactive dyestuffs.

*- No influence on light fastness and resistant to washing.

*- Free of formaldehyde and APEO that complies with environmental requirement.

*- Easy operation for using by direct dilution and good stability without oil floating.

Dyed fabrics (pH â‰¦ 7) → Dip at *5â„ƒ × *0 *0 min → Dry at **0 **0â„ƒ→ Cure at **0 **0â„ƒ × *0 sec

*- Padding:                          *0 *0 g/L

Dyed fabrics (pH â‰¦ 7) → Twice dip & pad at *5 *0â„ƒ with water retention *0 *0% → Dry at **0 **0â„ƒ

*- Prepared solution should be used immediately while it appears translucent emulsion at approx. *5â„ƒ.

*- Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

Packing and storage

*- Packing: **5 kg/polyethylene drum

*- Storage: 6 months in cool and dry place with sealed packing
