WORKING PRINCIPAL The powder materials become semi-flow form mixed by agitator, then binding solution is added to make the material wet., after that the material is sheared by granulating blade into wet granules. CHARACTERISTIC 1. Mixing and granulating are finished in one step, save time and improve efficiency. 2. The container is made of stainless steel, a GMP design. 3. After timing setup, the whole granulating cycle can be done automatically. 4. Safety interlock, if the container cap opens during running, the power is cut off automatically. 5. Agitating elec. motor is variable speed. 6. Use conical pan and agitator/shearing blade of special shape, to ensure uniform granules. 7. Automatic cleaning system, convenient and rapid 8.
