SJ**1G manufactured with high-quality
materials and can greatly satisfy the welding for oil gas pipe line
steel. SJ**1G is the sintered flux with fluorine alkali. The
basicity is greater than or equal to 1.8 and shows gray round
particles appearance. The granularity is ****0 mesh (about
2.**0.*8mm). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is
connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply. It has
advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping, easy slag
removal and excellent mechanical properties in fused
metallization.
Application

With the corresponding wire (such as H*8MnA
and Hl0Mn2 etc.), It is mainly used for welding of low carbonsteel
and low-alloy steels (such as *6Mn, X*5, X*0, X*0, HG*0, A*0,
*4MnNbq and Q**5C etc), structure and boiler and pressure vessels,
ships, bridges, pipelines and other submerged arc
welding.
