Pipe repair bandage is a fast curing tape composed of a flexible
fiberglass mesh impregnated with water activated polyurethane
resin.
Our pipe repair bandage uses environmental friendly materials,
and mainly used for Repair Oil , Gas & Water Pipeline
etc,and adheres to Metal, plaster, PVC, Copper, Rubber,
Fiberglass, Concrete, Ceramic, Polyester, ect.

1 Clean and roughen the damaged area with the metal file or wire brush,which will help result a more succesful repair.Â
ÂÂ 2 Put Gloves on,open the bag and immerse the bandage in temperate water for ****5 seconds & squeeze the bandage to let the water soak in evenly.Â
ÂÂ 3 Squeeze out the access water,apply the bandage spirally around the damaged pipe area. Extending up to *0mm(2")either side of the leak.Â
ÂÂ 4 When wrapping,put each layer tightly and firmly,using hand to mould and squeeze the layers together in a tightening motion.Continue to apply prssure during application and upon completion.Â

 Suggestion: To achieve best result,the bandage should be
no less than *0mm thick (****5layers). Allow *0 minutes for
bandage to st rock-hard.
