Character : White or yellowish , odorless, semitransparent and amorphous powder. Easily soluble in water. The solution is clear and character is stable. Applications : (1). Water soluble chitosan keeps the natune of Chitosan. In medicine and healthcare field: chitosan is widely applied for its multi-function of improving immunity, activating cells, preventing cancer, decreasing blood fat and blood pressure, adjusting blood sugar, fighting against aging and adjusting organism environment .
