1.Working

research a new chemical alkaline complex catalyst, which can
restore and regeneration the Waste oil to clean oil, save the
component of the oil.

produce waste residue and bad smelling by traditional vitriol
distilling, which will bring potential secondary pollution,
moreover, it's easy to change the color to black and produce the
odor due to the recycled oil react with the oxygen. But after we
use the alkaline complex catalyst refines the oil, the recycled
oil haven't change the color and haven't create the odor. What's
more important, you can use the resid to be as the fuel to
heating the oil, without any pollution. And the equipment is easy

4. Working
Principle of waste vehicle oil recycle machine
A proposal
for processing waste lube oil and industrial oils, using high
vacuum distillation technology is presented here. The various
steps involved in the projects are given below.
Step1: The
waste oil is pre-treated and then send to chemical processing
kettle and react with catalyst.
Step2: This
waste oil is approx **0 degree at 0.**8Mpa to have water and some
light fractions separated.
Step3: The
temperature is keep rising up to ******0degree at **0Pa , the
lighter fractions such as gasoline, diesel are distilled and
cooled and then stored in diesel receiving tank.
Step4: The
undistilled waste oil subjected to high vacuum, medium
temperature in the heated distillation plant, the light base oil
fraction is distilled and cooled and then collected in the light
base oil tank( above **0degree and at a pressure of **0Pa). The
distilled oil will have a viscosity of higher than SN**0 at
ambient.
Step 5: The
undistilled waste oil subjected to high vacuum, high temperature
in distillation plant, the heavy base oil fraction is distilled
and cooled and then collected in the base oil tank ( above
**0degree and at a pressure of **0Pa). Distilled oil
approximately higher than SN**0 in viscosity).
Step6: The
distilled oils are clean oil generally no need further treatment,
they are going to be blended with additives to get finished oils
for the automotive and industrial applications.
Step7: The
final residue is semi solid at ambient and can be processed for
manufacturing asphalt, finished to make off-speck heavy fuel oil
or to make greases for slow moving equipment.
