A. Consumption details:

4. Steam: 4 ton steam /1ton toilet paper
B. Payment and delivery
1. *0% prepayment by T/T,then pay a *0% monthly progress payment,
rest should be
payed off before delivery.
2. Delivery time is within 3 months after prepayment, exporting
standard packing.
3. Warranty is *2 months( wearing parts are not included), within
the warranty period,
replacement of the fitting parts are free of charge.
C. Installation and Training
1. Tissue paper making machine foundation drawing, which required
the construction
area according to the client side , terrain, topography, and soil
material to determine ,
usually within one month after signing the contract.
2. The salary of our engineers is USD***0 per person, and need **3
engineers to
help you install and training, the salary will be payed earlier and
the staying time
depends on the buyers workers quality; The buyer should guarantee
the safety of our
engineers and account for the cost of the round flight tickets and
accommodation of
our engineers.
D. Breach of contract and claims
According to the contract agreement, the defaulting party should
make compensation
which is equal to the exporting contract value
