Mining Claims of GTCI in partnership with OPMC. In Region X (Misamis Oriental & Bukidnon Provinces) A. ExPA ***-X located in Misamis Oriental On June *0, ***8, an application for Exploration Permit (ExPA) for chromite and other minerals was filed by applicant Geo-transport& Construction, Inc (“GTCI” for brevity) before the Mines and Geosciences Bureau, Regional Office No. *0, Cagayan de Oro City. Originally, the application covered **4.***0 hectares but divided into three areas. The first area is located in the Municipality of Opol, the second in the Municipality of Alubijid and the third in the Municipality of Manticao. After the screening procedure, only **4.***0 hectares is open for mining location to GTCI. Of this, **2 hectares is located in the Municipality of Opol, *1 hectares in the Municipality of Alubijid and *1 hectares in the Municipality of Manticao. The commodity found in Opol is Chromite ore while the commodity found in Alubijid and Manticao is manganese ore. On July 3, ***8, GTCI applied for an amendment of the area for exploration because there are still additional areas which it believed is still open for mining location. On July *0, ***8, the verification of the mining tenements revealed that an additional **3 hectares was added to the original ExPApplication. The total applied area in Misamis Oriental is currently **7 hectares (please refer to the attached topographic map). After several site investigations made by the GTCI consultants (consisting of a geologist, mining engineer and a geodetic surveyor) on the Misamis Oriental mining property, the company is able to confirm the presence of chromite ore in the mining areas located in the Municipality of Opol and manganese ore in the Alubijid areas.
