This packing line is specially designed for walnuts packing.The
weigher can automatically weigh the products from **0g to
2.5kg,after weighing the products,VFFS packing machine will form
the bag and fill the products into then seal the bag.The finished
products will be later packed into cartoon box with the box erected
by a box erecter and sealed by a case sealer.In order to keep the
weight of the products accurately,we place an check weigher on the
conveyer,also metal detector is needed.
At the end of the line we adapt a robot for palleting.Therefore the
total line will no need any worker.
