La description

  • Vertical packaging machine with volumetric weighing system realizes the packaging of every kind of products (products with the ability of free fluency) at the desired amounts with the help of the reservoirs where weight can be adjusted volumetrically.
  • Filling weight is determined by adjusting the volume of the reservoirs according to desired product weight.
  • It is possible to package beans, lentils, chickpeas, rice and other similar legumes; granular spices such as sesame or thyme; dried nuts and fruit products such as sunflower seeds, hazelnuts or peanuts; candy, jelly beans, ravioli, popcorn and similar small granular products.
  • Dosing of the products is done as volumetrically. 
  • Feeding of the product to vertical packaging machine is done by elevator and  feeders with vibration for granular products. In this way, the packaging is realized more hygienic without touching by hands.
  • Loss of packaging material at minimum amounts, maximum sensitiveness during packaging processes, maximum efficiency and effectiveness at high working speeds are provided by PLC electronic control system that monitors and controls every data in relationship with the machine usage easily through touch screen operator panel.
  • It is very easy and quick to change forming tube in case of change in the product dimensions to be packaged.
