crystal or powder and a little acid with the m.p. of
**0℃~**2℃. It is easily soluble in water, a little soluble in
alcohol and uneasily soluble in ether chloroform and other
organic solvents. In solid state, it is stable in air. Its water
solution is easily mutated when it meets air.

Usage:
In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used to treat scurvy

a lack of VC. In the food industry, it can be used as a
nutritional supplement to supplement VC in food processing. It is
also a good antioxidant in food preservation, and can be widely
used in meat products, fermented flour products, beer, tea
