A position indicator with Namur mounting is standing on all VESON
pneumatic actuator for mounting accessories.Â
PinionÂ
The hardened alloy steel pinion is precision ground and Nickel
plated (over *5um) in order to reduce friction, provide maximum
wear resistance. Full conformance with the newest standards of
ISO***1 & DIN***7. The dimension can be customized and as
options, stainless steel and aluminum alloy are also
available.Â
Actuator BodyÂ
The aluminum extrusion is hard anodized (over *0um) to protect
against wear and corrosion while reducing piston friction to the
minimum. Other options as Epoxy Coated and PTFE Coated are
available.Â
End CapÂ
Epoxy coated (over *0um) die casting aluminum end caps provide
maximum resistant potentially corrosive elements. Other treatments
such as PTFE Coated are available.Â
PistonÂ
The precisely balanced and hard anodized treatment (over *0um) die
casting aluminum piston are fitted with high quality and guides.
The twin rack and pinion design creates a constant torque output on
all actuators.Â
Travel AdjustmentÂ
The standard adjustment is ± 5º In both the open and closed
positions through easily accessible external adjustment
bolts.Â
High Performance SpringsÂ
The high tensile steel springs are coated with Epoxy coated for
corrosion resistance and longer service. The pre-loaded springs can
be safely & rapidly disassembled.Â
Bearings & GuidesÂ
The highly durable compound material provides high trust stability
with minimum friction and long life.
