Electronic Cylinder (Attachment) is
an innovated upgrade solution for mechanical jacquard looms such as
power looms, rapier looms and terry towel looms, function as
electronic ones, thus needless of overall
re-procurement.

This Electronic Jacquard Cylinder
(Attachment) replaces the function of the traditional jacquard
cylinder and chain of punched cards. Once it gets synchronized with
loom, it electronically senses the pick number of design and as per
computerized design, give signals to system to raise or lower warps
in desired sequence for weft insertion. This results in desired
design on fabric without the need of punched card lattices as was
required in mechanical jacquard machines.
