When it is stormy wind, anemometer can change the windward angle by wind sensor, thus to get a constant rotating speed.

Brake protection device, when there is stormy wind, the back side of the

blade; thehydraulic retractable spear automatically shrinks itself to make windward side change its angle to face to the wind, thus reduce the windward area.
