Application:

optical electrical material, stainless steel and molybdenum
products under the vacuum and protective atmosphere. it is the
substitute of conventional vacuum sintering furnace.
Features:
the furnace is made up of the shell, cover opening and closing
device, induction coils, vacuum system, and electrical system.it is
convenient to install and regulate, the use of the furnace is
periodic operating. it is vertical structure. its cost is lower,
saving energy, high uniformity of temperature, the advanced medium
frequency technology is adopted to make the furnace. its power is
just *0% conventional carbon tube furnace. the heating comes up to
***0°C within *0 minutes, temperature reduction is very fast to be
**0°C within 4 hours, the productivity is improved obviously,
owning the intellgent Japanese Shimaden PID temperature controller
to set **8 steps heating-up curve.
